The three branches of government is an implemented institution that functions as a balance of powers through the separation of responsibilities.
The government’s overall accountability over convergent areas of society is illuminated by this fundamental principle. This practice elucidates the theological and spiritual concept of the Holy Trinity and the psychological philosophical concept of the persona, the Id and the conscience.
All these principles work together to expose the importance of compartmentalization, regarding the appropriate distinction of power. The three branches of the government include the executive branch, the legislative branch and the judicial branch. Each branch is responsible for an aspect of the American government that overall functions as a hindrance of the tyranny of the majority. The bicameral nature of the American government elucidates the necessity for an adequate separation of power.

The executive branch consist of the president and his cabinet. This branch is responsible for the execution of the law, as it pertains to the physical manifestation of legal precepts. On a micro-scale we see the exercise of policing agencies that demonstrate societal oversight through legal guardianship of the people.

The Judicial Branch consists of the courts disbursed throughout the country, and principally the Supreme Court. The various courts consolidate to represent the arbitration of the law throughout the country. This branch is integral to the facilitation of governmental power in that it manifests legal power through the establishment of precedent.
Established by Article I of the Constitution, the Legislative Branch consists of the House of Representatives and the Senate, which together form the United States Congress.
The legislative branch consists of the formal congregations of the people Senate and House of Representatives. This governmental body functions as the voice of the government, as we see the consent of the people manifested as a governmental entity that exercises legal control regarding the conception of laws within social precepts that dictate the societal guidelines and parameters of the government and its laws.
There are two distinctions of Senate: state and federal. The House of Representatives is comprised of a number of members and an integral player in the facility of the branch is the electoral college. These governmental entities are important in that they are the physical manifestation of the American people.
